I went to a barn thawed and quartered a deer and also used a charcoal to survey my area

 

Right click - Place/Aim/Throw
 W - Move forward
 S - Move backwards
A - Move left
 D - Move right
 Left shift - Sprint
Left control - Crouch
 R - Reload
H - Put away Space - Radial menu Tab - Quick stats
F - Status
I - Backpack
C - Clothing
J - Journal
